Claudia Heiss is an Assistant Professor at the Public Affairs Institute of the University of Chile and a researcher at the Center for Conflict Studies and Social Cohesion. She holds a Doctorate in Political Science from the New School for Social Research (2012), a Master of Arts from Columbia University (2003) and a degree in Social Communication and Journalism from the University of Chile (1997). With her I had two subject in the career, currently the Study of Political Phenomena, she is an excellent teacher, has many habilities and likes to challenge students to interact in their clases and she really likes joking with the class, she is a little forgetful, she can't remenber the name of my clasemates jajaja Im so grateful with his classes because she has allowed me to understand many of the basic knowledge that a public management must manage or understand in the field of political science.
